The coloring really goes well with his forlorn expression, making this piece seem very innocent and emotional. It's so pretty. Plus, the clothing is awesome.

Thank you!
I have a mac now too and I wish OpenCanvas would work on it. : (
Apparently the company (for oC) has been having a bit of trouble, but I hope they make a mac version.

aah yes. and it's the same thing with paint tool sai :/
I have a windows laptop as well, but I don't like using it, and to use it just to be able to draw in oC and Sai is... annoying. Why aren't there any good alternatives for mac? :<
I've used Corel Paint a bit, but it's too... big.

I own Corel 9 I think? And it's waayyyy too confusing. I put it down for a while, but I'd like to try and figure it out / experiment with it again soon.

Something about this is really quite striking. Maybe the expression? The colors? Well, its all fantastic so I guess it does not matter.

Wow, this is really great! I love the painting style you used -- the effect looks very much like a painting instead of a digital work. It's incredible.
I love how the figure even looks a bit feminine. . .perhaps a cross-dresser?
It's really beautiful! Very good work!
[Sorry if this doesn't make much sense. I'm a little bit ill and my brain isn't working right! ]

(Someone's just introduced me to your gallery, and you've got a lot of gorgeous stuff in here. It's really loose and intuitive, without losing out on detail.)
