No kidding, this really does look good. There is one color scheme (a beautiful one, by the way) that ties the whole thing together and the site has a more unconventional layout than the usual. As far as I can tell it's functional and pleasing to the eye, although the font you used in this example is maybe a bit too tiny.
Other than that, I think you might have to rethink the buttons below the image. If you actually have to scroll over them in order to get more detailed information on the buttons, I don't think they give enough information. For one, you can't tell which button does what without scrolling over them individually. And secondly, you can't really tell they're supposed to be buttons at all if it weren't for this screenshot. For all we know they're just a part of the site's decoration! (I don't actually know for sure if this is a problem for people who visit the site without any prior knowledge on how it works, but I think it's something worth looking into).
But other than that: gorgeous design. Congrats on the DD

Great color combination and minimalistic textures. Thought the navigation at top, the dots, is a case of mystery meat navigation.
