Took me far too long. But it had to meet my standards, $10 comission or no. Besides, it's worth it - it just takes me longer to CG things is all
The character is Xanthippe, a former amazon who became a gladiator, who became a fairy. I adore her eyes - they're so pretty ^_^!
Mature because there is a flash of nipple. Not enough to get worked up about however
The original version is not so desaturated, nor does it have the static screen over it - only the comissionee gets to flash the unedited version

I love the way you drew her gladitorial costume, but with all that Roman kind of stuff the fairy wings look really out of place you know.

*smiles* Mine's a Wacom Graphire3. Right now windows XP os is being a crapface and not letting me install my drivers. It uses the plug and play and assigns four drivers to it, without me telling it to. *growl* so it's being a real bitch, looks like I go without pressure sensitivity until we get a router for our cable modem.

You've done a really bang up job here! I'm always impressed by people who can draw on the computer. I've been working with the pen tool recently and I'm only beginning to understand how much a fella can do with it... if he knows how. I assume that's what you've done here? What did you shade with?

I can't draw on computer at all - this was hand inked and scanned ^_^
I shaded with a slightly darker colour then the original for the skin, and the burn tool + colour overlay for the metal. The rest was done in one of those two ways.
