A lot of circles on a larger than a4 paper. (Kills your hand, and much of the time) but ends up looking really nice.

Draw a many circles, from the same center point. Using that as the base try to copy what I did.

Attempt, repeat. Untill you like it.

And ooh - get a nice fine pen. (Important)
