I decided to make my "hero"… a little different. Since the Nuzlocke is actually very dark.
No, although I'm really funny in real life, I prefer Drama over Comedy, so… I guess this comic series is going to be quite serious.
If I even finish it.
It took about 4-6 hours to do. I kept the colouring to a minimal, trying to speedpaint it… xD I think it looks fairly okay for that.

I was really disappointed when May didn't say: "Actually, I was expecting you to be a girl…" Instead, she was babbling something about friendship?! I guess they tried to differentiate between Brendan and May, so it's okay, but… well… yeah.

These are the rules I play by:

1. You are only allowed to catch the first Pokémon you encounter on each region. If that Pokémon escapes or is defeated, it counts as a missed chance; you are not allowed to repeat the process. A region is defines as a route, a forest, a cave, building or town/city. Water and land are not separated.
1.1 If there is a Pokémon alive of the same evolution chain you have encountered, you may skip the Pokémon and try for another catch.
1.2 Legendaries may not be caught and have to be defeated instead.
1.3 Gifts or purchases may only occur once at any given place.
1.4 Trades are only allowed in-game. Thus Pokémon which need to be traded to evolve cannot evolve.
2. If a Pokémon faints, it shall be considered dead and permanently put into the box.
2.1 If all Pokémon in the team are defeated, regardless of whether you have any Pokémon left in the box, it shall be considered a game over.
2.2 It shall also count as a game over if you are stuck at any point due to not having a Pokémon that has a VM needed to progress in the game.
3. Resetting the Gameboy is not permitted under any circumstances. Anything that happens, happens.
4. The use of Repels is prohibited. Any other item may be used.
5. It is prohibited to deliberately overlevel your Pokémon. Ideally, you should be ±3 Levels for a Boss battle.
6. The use of the pension for breeding purposes is prohibited.
