Sorry for the huge belay in respond time, Simply put: Did not have time.
Overall this drawing have a good impact, It is clear of what is going on. The wind of magic is blowing clearly, giving motion and life.
Your colour choice is also pretty good.
Lighting however, I find a bit lacking: With that much blue light coming up from the rune, I'd think there should be some of it reflecting and bouncing around. With reflections on her entire lower body.
It seems like the light is coming from above to the left, and now from below.
While that is just a minor concern, I thought it is worth saying 
You draw the clothing is a very smashing way! Very nice with the "wind" and ripples in the clothing!

Yes, I do work alone, the other two are having trouble in real life.
Seems like I am the only one with no IRL problems - Or I just don't have a life 
Any contributing factors would be nice. Look to the folder called "Requesting Feedback" And start at the bottom, those down there have waited the longest. (at least that is how I do it)
