Yay! My first icon! I'm so proud of it!Hope to practice more. I think of making Martin and Johnny icons the next. Can't wait to see a result! *ran off to make the next one*

Hi, I am from !
To start off; I myself know only a little of 'pixelart' / Animated icons, and I am impressed with this.
It have a really clear motive, the character is well presented and well made. (also cute!)
Because of its size I can't gauge any anatomy from it. I like the colours though and you've done a great job keeping the line-art clean and simple.
Animation: It runs really smooth and is not too jagged (unless you stare at it for a minute, as i did.) - You seem to have used a perfect number of frames and frame-run-time for this animation.
I am a little offput by it not being a whole drawing you could fit in there. The ear is clipped. This is nothing major though as it does nothing to the overall look of it. And we probably won't ever notice it when scaled down as an actual icon.
Also: Please tell me how you made the Gif move so smooth, I've tried a few times and it always ends up laggy XD
I don't have much more to add other than encouraging words that you should keep making these when you feel like it!

Yeah I had to cut it because the original image didn't fit to 100X100. If I kept the ear then image become too small for me to work.
What about animation - to make it smooth I tried to use different amount of time for each frame. In original tutorial there is was 1,12 sec but I changed it for myself. Still I didn't try others methods of animation yet
