the yellow cub is actually a girl!!! And the mother of Nala, who has blue eyes like the cub, and is a pail-ish colored lion.
I just felt that there needed to be a catalyst for the lions hatred of hyenas, and I wanted to draw an evil lion.

Also, the lions have no whiskers - I would have made a mess of the, so I left them out. And if you thought Mufasa looked orange and red you're right.
Although more disturbingly Taka was colored using purple :/ oh well, its hard to draw lions with only three brown pencils!
