Both. The 'disneyfied' Arabian Knight version first. I really love Tack's voice, but the recobbled version is a much better story in my opinion.

haha, the one i saw as a 2nd grader was with matthew broderick (omg i love him) but yeah the recobbled cut is a lot better since it stuck to richard williams' original idea ^v^

I found it by chance last year and fell in love with it The one bit where Tack is talking to himself in the tower is just so adorable
And the recobbled cut has so much more of the amazing animation in it!

wow, i feel the same way! :3 watched the recobbled cut last year. you can tell by my journal entry on my devArt that i was watching the miramax version of thief and the cobbler before new year's. if you have netflix instantly, i'm sure it's still there

Haha, nah I don't have netflix, but I do have the Miramax one on Dvd, and a copy of the recobbled cut. I'm all set for when I have the sudden urge to squee at Broderick's adorable voice as Tack
