The colors are a bit strange for a natural cat, the pattern on the pelt is not really natural either. The lineart is almost non existent, the coloring isn't very good and you can see the background in the top of the head. The background itself isnt very good either. Shading is not that good, but i'm not good at that either. Though, It's not terrible! Your art style is pretty good, just need to fix a few things! If you're using MS Paint, I could give you some tips since I used to use it myself.

It's alright, I recommend using a line tool or the more defined pen to outline. That way, there's no white outline on your coloring.
