April O'Neil is a television reporter looking for the next big headline. While hanging out with her Ninja Turtles, she noticed a conversation. It was about them finding out the location of Krang. April secretly wrote down the coordinates in her notebook. So she headed there on her own. She enters a kind of laboratory. It felt cold and bleak. She pulled out her camera and took pictures of the whole lab. However, she didn't notice Krang standing behind her and punching her in the back of the head, she passed out and fell over. When she woke up, with a severe headache, she noticed that she was undressed on top. She also felt a strange metal thing around her neck. Krang came out and laughed helmically.
"That metal thing around your neck is just my new invention that allows people to tickle themselves into unconsciousness."
Krang pressed a button and suddenly a kind of electric shock coursed through April's body. She lost control of her body and was hypnotized. Her arms no longer obeyed and guided her fingers along her body. She started laughing and her hands kept tickling along her waist. The worst part, however, was that although completely controlled by Krang, she was fully conscious and felt it all. April hoped so much that the torture would not last long and her Ninja Turtle would soon come to the rescue.
