It's a sunny day in Bootsville. Coop and his sister Millie are sitting in the living room watching TV in the good weather. It was just too hot for them to spend the day outside. Agent 27B, also known as Kat or Mr. Kat, wants to cool off. Kat asked Coop to possibly set up the paddling pool in the backyard. But Coop didn't think about it and just wanted to sit lazily in the armchair. Kat, of course, was not very enthusiastic and made a plan of revenge. While Coop was looking at the TV as if hypnotized, Mr. Kat rebuilt the armchair a bit. Kat hid and pulled out a remote control and pressed a red button. Coop was suddenly pushed back into the chair and couldn't move because his arms and legs were strapped down. Coop asked Millie for help, but she however found the situation very funny. Suddenly a mechanical arm came out of the armchair and took off his socks and pulled out a feather and started tickling his left foot. Millie still found this funny and starts tickling his right foot. Coop was in tears from laughing. After an hour of torture, Coop was freed and set up the wading pool in the backyard. Kat could finally cool off and kept his latest invention in mind in case he needed something next time.
