Of the arcing blood, halting splatter
Soft flesh yielding to ravenous batter.
Delicate throat wrapped in pale skin,
Desiring what's beneath; my sin.
Beautiful ligament, curved bone exposed,
A new nakedness, your viscera unclothed.
Whether through gentle accurate slice,
Scalpel twixt flesh, surgically spliced,
Or my passion unbridled in the tearing
Despite protest, I continue uncaring.
Feed my demon with your screeching wails,
Ragged notes guided by my wicked flails.
Embrace me now in this glorious depravity,
A new peace found in your thoracic cavity.

This reminds me of my own work when I was younger, although I tend to never leave a tone of comedy behind in the violent pieces.
It does feel a little forced. I enjoyed this solid thump-thump-thump rhythm in the past, but I guess developed a taste for rhythmic complexity, swapping between rhymes and referencing earlier points later on.
Nonetheless, a display of skilled vocabulary - I wonder how you'd deliver it vocally.
