Hmmm Xavier's story has been changed so many times and never even fully developed so I'm not too sure myself XD He was originally just doodled on the sides of my notebooks. But his crappy half assed background information is that he at one point was human and he did this to himself by constantly adding new parts and genetically modifying himself. It's because when I made him a few years ago I thought mad scientists were cool XD though so cliche...
