Jink looks a lot older here.
I've been experimenting with comics lately, so I hunted down ~Espyrn 's old copy of Manga Studio and yanked out a sketch from my binder.
My conclusion: the pen tool is heavenly. The toning system comes from the deepest pits of the underworld.

Concerning the tones, however: Since you used what looks like a variation of one tone for the whole image, things tend to mix together and it looks sort of...confusing? But some more contrast overall might be helpful. Right now, the eye is drawn to the stark separation between light and dark in the background instead of the actual focus.
Or my eyes are broken and I don't know what I'm talking about. But ~KyokoMakashiro says that I should critique someone other than her once in a while.
