For some reason, her face reminds me of Yuna from Final Fantasy X...Only I'm sure your character would have better voice acting. XD

Maybe it's not the face, but the little pyrefly-like things?
This character is also a summoner of a sort, except that she uses her own energy to channel the spirits' strength into her enchanted sash, which attacks for her. Much less flashy then conjuring a huge dragon out of thin air. xD
I completely agree, though, with the fact that it's reminiscent of FFX.
