Hi guys!

What's this?! A Challenge! This is a page for a BINGO BOOK I want to do for the website.

You fill this out with your answers for your Naruto Character and place your mug shot in the photo box in the corner!

Please Remember while doing this!

Your snap shot can be blurry if you like, like someone was having a hard time capturing it, or it can be a pic of your OC walking away (like if you've seen Shippuuden where they showed snap shots of Sasori!) Be creative!

Remember the information doesn't have to be exact, just relevant to your character, obviously ANBU wouldn't know that your favorite color was blue unless you broad casted it!

The font used for this was: mistral but doesn't have to be used again

Also, putting a nickname above the photo-box is optional as well if you like.

Like the "Yellow Flash" or "Green Beast" lol

Since ANBU might not know Exact information you can do something like this:

Suspected Height: 5'9-10

Suspected Gender: N/A

Suspected Origin: Konohagakure/Sunagakure

Ranked: S-ranked

(based on a five point scale of 1-below average 2-chunnin 3-jounin 4- Beware)

Chakra Control: 4
Ninjutsu: 4

Recognizable traits: Akatsuki cloak, wears no hitai-ate

Specialized Moves or Jutsu: Uses puppets and medical ninjutsu through them

Long Distance: 4
Short Distance: n/a (either all who would know are deceased or this was never discovered because no close-combat was engaged)

Deaths accounted for: Suspected 32, confirmed 10
