Hello! It's extremely nice to meet you. What is your name and gender?

May: Hello! I'm May Wylson~

Mark: I'm Mark Wylson.

Michael: And I'm Michael Wylson

That's a great name! Now, what is your species or race?

May: All three of us are shapeshifters, meaning we can turn into different animals.

Michael: We each have one animal that we were born knowing how to shift into though.

Mark: If we want to learn how to shift into other animals we have to spend time watching them and learning their behavior.

Ah, I see. Very interesting… Now, if you would please describe yourself to our readers…

May: Well I'm kind of short and curvy, with platinum blonde hair and hazel eyes. I have ferruginous hawk feathers growing out of the nape of my neck and sometimes in my hair.

Mark: I'm taller, with the same blonde hair and hazel eyes as May. My shifter mark is blue-green scales that go up my legs and torso. I have some tattoos too, nothing special.

Michael: I have the same hair and eyes as my siblings, but I have dark black tiger stripes on my back and sides as my shifter mark. I also have tattoos.

Oh, you sound very nice looking! Why don't you tell me a little about yourself?

May: *Small smile* I'm not that nice looking but thank you~ Anyways, I really like to cook and bake, and I like scotch and whiskey and strong drinks like that. I also like rock and heavy metal... And dancing. I'm very weird.

Mark: Well... I work with my siblings at the nightclub. I really like the same music May does, and we go to concerts and such. Michael actually gets us free tickets. So that's pretty sweet. I also don't eat fish. ._. I can't make myself do it.

Michael: Well, I'm sometimes a DJ at the nightclub with my siblings, but in the afternoon and sometimes mornings I work at a local radio station that plays the music May and Mark and I like. So we get free tickets to concerts... Or cheap ones.

Ah, good… good… So how do your powers work? Can you shift at will?

May: Yep! We can shift whenever we feel the need.

Mark: The only catch is that to completely master an animal form, we have to spend several days studying and watching, so we can learn how they move and look...

Good to know. How many forms do you have?

May: Well... Let's see. Ferruginous hawk, that's the form I was born with. Swainson's hawk, Stellar's sea eagle, gyr falcon, collared forest falcon, chickadee... Sparrow, swallow, egret. I have at least more then twenty. But my favorite forms are Ferruginous hawk, snowy egret, and boreal owl. I can only shift into air-dwelling creatures... Bugs not included.

Mark: I can shift into aquatic and marine animals. The form I was born with is bluefin tuna. But other than that I can do several whales and dolphins and a sea snake of some sort. Where May's specialty is birds of prey, mine's seals. I can shift into elephant seals, leopard seals, harp seals... Stuff like that. I'm working on shark next.

Michael: I can shift into land dwelling creatures. Siberian tiger is the form I was born with. But other than that I tend to favor cat forms over anything else. I do have a few other critters of course, including a bull elephant, a taipan and rattlesnake in case of emergency, a bighorn ram, ibex, and red deer. Oh! And a Kodiak bear... And a polar bear.

Interesting. So then how does it feel when you transform? Do you enjoy the transformation at all?

May: It itches a lot when the feathers grow, but other than that it's very fluid. It only really hurts the first time you try a new form. But after I shift? Flying? Oh my god. I don't know how to explain it. I've honestly never wanted to come down. The feeling of air under your wings, or soaring on warm air is amazing. I never learned how to drive, actually. I just fly everywhere.

Mark: Well, I don't think I could ever beat May, but it's still a nice feeling. As a seal I feel all bulky and kinda stuck on land, but in the water it's like I don't weigh anything and I can move however I want. Being a whale is nice too. I just feel huge and slow, but every move is fluid and graceful, kind of like dancing. Being a dolphin is a lot of fun, too. It's amazing to hurl yourself out of the water at high speed, do flips and twirls, and then slide back underwater.

Mark: It's kinda weird going from two legs to four legs... Or no legs. It's also really weird when my nose changes for my elephant form. I think shifting into a tiger is the best though- all that muscle! And those paws. Good god. They're huge. There's a lot of strength to a tiger. I'd say even more than a lion. My problem is shifting out of it, which is probably why every shifter eventually gives up and lets go of their human body to shift from animal to animal for eternity. Also, I have problems shifting out of snake form and get a funky taste in my mouth afterwards... *Shudder* Need to look into that.

Ah, yes. I know the feeling… Do you live with other shape-shifter, like in a pack, or alone?

May: Shapeshifters are solitary except for family and lovers. But all three of us live together for right now.

Oh, right, right. So then do you have non-shape-shifting friends? If so, do they know about your ability and how do they feel about it?

May: A lot of our friends are werewolves, so they're shifters of a sort, too. But we have a few that are regular humans.

Mark: Like coworkers and such. They don't know about our powers, and it's best to keep it secret. Shifters like us don't come from here, and there's very, very few of us on this planet. The rest are slaves on another world.

Michael: Only five families aren't slaves, and they were banished here after they paid for freedom. Luckily, we were adopted into one of those families.

Completely understandable… Being a shape-shifter, you must have to keep a lot of secrets. Does that bother you? Do you wish the world could know about your kind?

Mark: I don't want normal humans to know unless I trust them 100%.

May: We can't risk stars knowing or anyone. They'll... Experiment probably. So we don't mind keeping secrets.

Michael; Plus there's things that we know that others can't risk knowing, things that are strictly forbidden by the stars' High Lord and the Universe Elemental. It really sucks.

I feel the same way… What do you enjoy doing in your spare time?

May: Well sometimes I help at a dance class teaching with my friend... But usually I like to cook and read.

Mark: I like to spend time with Laika... Or annoy May and Michael. Sometimes I head down to the beach or an aquarium.

Michael: If I have to work the nightclub and the radio station on the same day, I usually sleep. But on other days I like to just hang around or head to the zoo. I've been working on fox transformation.

Sounds fun! So how do you put food on the table? Do you have a job and if so, what is it?

May: Well, I work as a bartender at the nightclub at night, and a few days a week I work at the Birds of Prey center. I usually show children and tour groups our raptors, since I work with them the best.

Mark: I work as a bartender with May, and also work part time at the aquarium.

Michael: I sometimes DJ at the same nightclub my siblings work in, but usually I work at the radio station.

Are you in a relationship? If so, how does he/she feel about you power?

May: Yep! He's very sweet and is actually a shifter too... He's kind of a special one though...

Mark: I have a girlfriend! She understands, plus she's werewolf too, so that's a type of shifter.

Michael: Yeah... He knows and I think he's all good with it. If he doesn't like it he hasn't told me. I hope he's fine with it!

This may be an odd and embarrassing question, but how do you manage your clothes with you shape-shifting?

May: It takes a lot of practice and concentration to bring back clothes, hon. Usually I can manage a tight brown tank-top and gym shorts. But if I'm in a hurry I sometimes forget to concentrate on clothes.

Mark: Just like May said... It takes concentration. I can manage swim trunks or boxers if I concentrate.

Michael: I'm a bit weird, clothes come easy for me after I shift. Though sometimes after I shift from Kodiak bear form, I have a big fur coat... It's really weird. I had people throw red paint on it once too. DX
