Description
The title was inspired by a line in a Leonard Cohen song. The more I think about the dichotomy of these words, the more I realize how applicable they are to mans time, here on this world. In each time, man has considered himself to be invincible, but each of those times have eventually resulted in a defeat of some kind, perhaps just a significant change, but the old has passed away to make way for the new. I think that is what I like about the images that I capture, how things move forward in time on an ever turning spiral, the past never returns, but there are similarities between periods, pasts and futures.enjoy

That's a grand analogy if ever I heard one, spirals very much so.
one has to wonder are they spiraling upward or downward or both at the same time?
