yes... skill and really good magnifying glasses too .   The skill to repair them is almost gone, there are still a couple of people here that can do it, but there are are getting to be fewer and fewer of them.

me too.  Sometimes I think the older stuff I did is better than the new.  (of course, given my subjects, that statement has two meanings  lol)

lol.... After I replied I wondered if you meant that.  Well... the answer is kind of... I purposefully placed it on the top left third intersection.  So that would naturally draw a persons eye.  Then after you commented, I looked again, and it even looked like an eye to me.  Which I have never seen before.  (It is the jewel for the main spring)
