Age: Count was 12 weeks old when the photo was taken (born February 10th, 2007), Oliver was 2 years, 7 months and 3 weeks old (born sept. 11, 2004.)

These cats are ADORABLE.
I was never allowed to have cats [or any other pets] growing up, so I'm dying to get one in the future.
I'm stuck between getting an ocicat, some type of munchkin, or a ragamuffin.

I wouldn't suggest anyone getting a munchkin. It's deliberate breeding of a genetic mutation which causes them to have really short legs. To me, that's just cruel. Ragamuffins sound nice, though I think it might be a bit difficult to find a breeder. I don't know if there are many breeder in the States though. It might be just as nice to have a Ragdoll. And of course, I'm a big fan of Ocicats.

I heard about that mutation thing... I agree that it's cruel, but if I ever found one I'd get it anyway. I'm not going to go to a breeder, I'm going to adopt from a local pound. I doubt I'd find one there anyway.
Basically any cat I get won't be a purebred of any kind, I'm just looking for a cat that looks most similar to the breeds I like just because I find them pretty. I could care less about my cat being some "perfect creature". Knowing me I'll end up adopting a cat that looks nothing like I'd planned because I end up finding any cat adorable. xD
I almost convinced my boyfriend's parents to adopt a kitten we saw at the pound... it was a little white and gray one that was crying the entire time. So cute. T_T
