Finally some new photos from me.
This is one of the many charmers I met at a local cat shelter. There are 192 cats living together in this house! It's a pretty big house and there are many volunteers making sure the cats are well fed and all mess is cleaned up. For some cats, this will be the last place they go. Others might just find a new home. And I do hope very much that I can help some of these cats find new homes. They were all hungry for attention when I visited, and I was also amazed that so many cats could live in harmony like that.
There will be a few more photos from this place. And I do hope to go back and take some more photos.

He looks so much like my Aunt's cat Edgrrr (I named the boy in my pictures after him!); a very beautiful cat. You know, my sister was once taking pictures of my cat, and he was literally posing just like this! He has this cardboard scratching toy with catnip on it because NO couch is safe in my house, and he was lying on it and rolling around; at one point he was flat on his back ontop of it and looking right at the camera!
Do you use these pictures to advertise the shelter you go to? Sounds like it would be good publicity for the cats.

I've offered the shelter the images to use, but I haven't heard back from them yet. I guess they must be rather busy seeing this is the vacation season. Thanks for commenting

aww... my cat Tootsie does this as well. he invades my photo shoots, sniffs around the models, plops down on the backdrop, and starts posing for the camera.

I adopted my cat Maverick from an animal rescue place, I have a definite belief that the animals already i the rescues should be given a home first, no matter their age.
