things I wanted to show in this strip:
1 - the real is a constantly changing environment. at any time the playing field could just up and go poof!
2 - I wanted to pace it as a continuation from my audition.
3 - prove that I can do backgrounds by hand, even though it nearly blinded me.
4 - play with dialogue in a way that I never considered before. including the use of quotes.
and that's pretty much it...
Next stop: one hell of a pissed off Draco!!! And an actual battle. I have never in all my life drawn a full battle in comic form before… (past attempts at Ever Hollow don’t count, because it was total crap!!!)

at least he's not hackling about the character designs. I could give him hell back if I really wanted to. (he totally got Rocky all screwed up, and Phox looks like she was drawn with his eyes shut)
but I'm actually paying attention to what he perceives as gun weaponry so I can better accomplish drawing them in future.

Well, that's 'cause you drew em pretty well compared to the guns, especially Frank's suit.
Also, I wasn't gonna bother with telling about capturing their personality correctly, 'cause that's even harder to do.

yeah... I sorta gave up figuring them out after going through your gallery for info research about a dozen times. it just didn't click with me. and I'm not comfortable with the type of dialogue/slang you use for/with them. mostly because I seriously don't know how to use it.
call it a cultural breach if you will. I'm Arabian so my language use falls more under Arabic is the cussing department then English. (unless you call hell, damn and bloodY cussing. which hardly counts)
I figure since you got Draco to use the "don't taze me, bro!" line. I can be excused for the script I wrote.
btw, Frank's eye riser is glass, right???

besides, I don't like guns. I prefer swords and arrows.

Haha! I don't think you could suck more at background than I do. xD I figure it's because I get distracted and forget about perspective. But, I know I'm repeating myself, I really enjoy this page and it's backgrounds. I'm looking forward to what comes next since you said you have so many pages.

alright, what I meant is that all the paneling here in this strip is made of 8 pages from my sketchbook. the next strip will be the remaining 8 pages from the same book. thus 16 pages are scanned into 2 strips... sorry for not being clear about that.

Wow, Phixy kind of reminds me of my light draconian Sylvanas. he is extremely nice, would never hurt anyone...and would basically react the was Phoxy did when she said that. Nice job on the comic! keep up the great work.
