can't talk right now... I got work in 4 hours, and no sleep... later!
EDIT:
things I wanted to pull in this strip:
1 - battle action and pacing of events. I never drew a battle scene before. this would be my very first one.
2 - different angles on characters and body anatomy. I think I did pretty good knowing I didn't use any references other then watching my brothers walk around the house.
3 - expressions (namely the "dur" one because I would never normally stretch the facial features that out of whack... but it worked!)

Well, apparently she's perfectly ok with it. So...hey! I can throw anything at her and it'll be allllright. Because she's cool like that.
I'd say it'd be even more upsetting if I actually "killed" her in my comic.

it's not that they took it personally or anything. they just didn't see through your, erm, I'd say bluntness, but it's more that your language use isn't how we normally talk to each other.
it's almost like comparing "hello" and "wazzup". they might mean the same thing, but one just didn't compute well with my group. so they got defensive.
me? nah, I know better then to jump the gun. plus, I live with a brother who works pretty closely on your type of wiring. so I can pretty much read what you mean even if others didn't. that's all.

You can clearly see that in the way I killed off your characters. Also, as wacky and strange as my AatR audition is, it's still straight to the point.

first off i'll just say this...... i feel that both of you guys worked with what's best for your own personal styles..... there are things about both entries that i liked and didn't like..... i won't get into specifics cuz that would just invite more he said she said crap..... besides everyone's got there own opinion.......
now..... Phitus.... know this bro..... your comic was hilarious..... but beyond that i didn't really see much depth to it...... i respect your creative expressions and i do gotta say that despite it's vulgarity i enjoyed it cuz well..... it's how you do things......... and trust me bro i respect you......
on to Nezzy...... first off.... marry me.... 
just like with Phitus your entry was also good but just a little lacking imo.......
that being said you guys both rock fayse and handled yourselves very well albeit rampant fans trying to chew people a new one for having an opinion......
so in closing...... you both matched up well and had a kick ass round..... and fuck anyone who's trying to throw shit your way........
also note that i'm not a judge.... so feel free to tell me to sit and spin...... i don't get butt hurt easily......
