note to self.... avoid detailing chain mail by hand as much as humanly possible... not bad for my first oldie worldie armor thing....at least, I hope so. do you realize what strain it is to make shiny looking metal???
no helmet cause head gear is my weakest point. and I was already pushing my limit with the shin guards.

This made me think of three words: Less is more.
I'm pleased to see you made simple armor look good. Some would be tempted to add fancy crap like skull codpieces and shoulder pads big enough for every player in the NFL to share.

Hahaha... I occasionally draw chain mail by hand as a form of artistic self-punishment. It came out REALLY well here-- with folds and all! I'm impressed. Nice sleek armor that looks like it could actually be functional.
