Description

For a long time I've been trying to learn how to draw comics. Recently I've been practicing a lot to try to get better, and I think I've made some progress. Now I have to test it out, and I figure the best way is to make some practice comics, but I want to practice all the elements. That means a lot of background work and concept design. I've got some of the worldbuilding done, but need a bit more before I can finish up some locations. I think that if I do a decent enough job of that part a lot of stories will sort of flow naturally from it.

I needed characters, so here are five new designs and characters to go with said designs. Next up is finishing their personalities and backstories (nothing too complex, just enough that I can write them consistently). The same thing applies to their hairstyles and overall designs- I wanted to pick looks that I can consistently draw.

I don't want to say too much just yet, except that it's a science-fiction theme, and is mainly around fanservice and cool looking vehicles. Hopefully cool-looking vehicles. We'll have to see if my mechanical items drawing practice has paid off.
