I know the tda miku you can get from bowlroll
but the other model you can tell its a what is known as a bad edit
as for the miku model use motion anytime to get the skirt to flow right
think some models do have the physics probems
unless it was edited then might have stuff not needed

as for me I will not post models that do not work in animation
editing is more of a problem for me right now think I and fed up
and might have to start making and rigging parts for models
got my slef a wrist gramp over it today...

Er... I'm new to MMD so I'm not sure if this helps but apparently not all motion can fit into all models...

The motion can only works if the bones of the models are named as what the motion have set...

So maybe that's the reason why Ruko cannot get along well with the motion...? 

Also, I think your Ruko models are the edited ones, so I guess the names of the bones are different for different body parts, some might named as Japanese while the others are in English, that's probably why the motion cannot fit in.

Just my guess, hope this helps!

PS: And Ruko didn't fail, all models are awesome. It's just too bad that the motion is not compatible with the model.
