This shows a lot of potential.
Recently I've been thinking of a crossover between OK KO and My hero Academia. In a cosmic destruction of realties type of cross over (like Lego Dimensions and Mario+Rabbids)

I can definitely see that.
Like Midoriya can't help but make comparisons between people he knows to rad Enid and Mr. Gar. He'd also probably see Dendy as a less crazy version of Hatsume.

I can see that, and I can see KO be amazed and awestruck by how everyone in Midoryia's school are all trying to be heroes with their unique quirks.

And KO would give Midoriya's Class their own POW cards which say they're all high levels...except Bakugou who's Level -99 because he's a major jerk.
On the flip side, Midoriya would think Lord Boxman and his main three henchman are a joke compared to the league of villains.

I can so see that. Especially with Bakugou XD
And Boxman will try to retaliate by attacking them and the school with his robot children.

Only for Class 1A to beat back Darrel, Raymond, and Shannon effortlessly.
I can also see Boxman being a huge fanboy of the league of villains, while Sensei doesn't even know e exists, Shigareki finding him annoying, and Himiko having an odd obsession with Shannon and wondering if she can shapeshifts into her by investing her oil.

That all makes a lot of sense. And of course Boxman would try to show his worth by providing an army of robot minions for them use.

Though sensei would question why he'd use robots when the Noumus are far superior. Then Boxman tells him that the robots are far less tedious to make than the noumus.

True. Plus the robots would be harder to get rid of as one can easily be replaced with more. And they can have any type of gadget built into them. Without any problems with compatibility.

So sensei would give Boxman chance to prove himself. And he'd probably see if he could empower Shannon, Darrel and Raymond with a quirk.
Also it'd be both awesome and hilarious to see Carol flawlessly replicate All Might's smashes, since she can execute any fighting move that she's seen perfectly.

Though I think the one move she can't replicate is the United States of Smash! Since it took up the last remnants of All Might's power. Carol could try, but it'd only be as powerful as the other smashes
And Red Action and her friends would pick on Class 1-B. And when Neito tries to beat them at their own game by using his quirk, it wouldn't work and they'd just rough him up. And Kendo wouldn't help him because he wouldn't learn anything if she did.

Which would probably end in a stalemate when/if they do clash.
Dendy would also have some trouble with Hatsume trying to get her to Lon her hackpack. Though Dendy would also have an atttchment to Tsuyu since she's a kappa and Tsuyu being a frog is close enough.

I can see that. And the climax would be a grand battle of the Plaza and UA Academy, battling the threat that wishes to fuse and destroy both realities.

Yep! And like in the movie wars for Kamen Rider, Boxman and the league of villains would begrudgingly fighting that threat too for their own reasons. And that threat would use Cyborg noumus as its army! Which would combine Noumu with Boxman's robotics.

Creating a being that turns on both of them and fusing with the force that pulled the two universes together.

To the point where Shigareki would cause Darrel to rust and fall apart with his quirk, only for Darrel to be replaced.
And Toga would turn her weird yandere tendencies on the bots. Probably trying to convince Shannon to let Himiko taste her oil to see if it'll let her shapeshifts into Shannon.

Freaking Shannon out enough to hid behind Raymond. And Raymond would try to flirt with Toga, only to be shot down, hard. And Jethro will be Jethro.
