Love this and I love the comment from *spot25 referring to 'Lost' because that's the sort of thing that comes to mind with images like this. So many questions spring to mind, Why? Where? How on earth did this happen? The only thing I don't like about this image is that I didn't take it

Thanks. Yes, spot was right.
I noticed this bus in the forest while driving home from work. It was early spring so there were no leafs on trees so I could see it. Now during the summer you cannot see it even though it's not far away in the woods, perhaps 20 meters from the road.
I suppose someone just dumped (or at that time just parked) that bus there and it stayed there long enough to decompose.

This one is amazing. I would like to know more about how you colorize your photos in photoshop...any tips are welcome The afterwork after photomatix is my "problem" at the moment.

Add a new layer on top of your image.
Paint on the new layer with gradual fill tool.
Try different blending modes for that new layer (soft light, screen, etc).
Set opacity of the new layer.
Etc.
That's a good start.

Thanks. Subtle tonemapping and a lot of post-processing in Ps.
