Aaah, yes. Now we can't forget about good old Shockwave, now can we? In the cartoon, he was the lonely Guardian of Cybertron. In the Marvel comics, he was a power hungry would be tyrant who tried to overthrow Megatron with cold, unemotional, logic and seize Decepticon leadership for himself. (I haven't read much of the Marvel comics, though. I clearly need to read more, sometime.)
