Thanks! Pencils took 5-6 minutes, lines about an hour, coloring on ipad about an hour (about 10 minutes if I had done it in Photoshop but I'm really trying to get used to using my iPad for art), detailing about half an hour - so all in all around 2.5-3 hrs.
Also, if anyone's interested, I used the Wacom Bamboo iPad stylus. It's double the price of a regular stylus but totally worth it. I have used the Pogo Sketch and Targus but the Bamboo takes the cake.

How much do the wacom bamboo stylus' cost? I have an iPad and I'm looking for a good stylus (still using my finger to draw on here)

$29.99 though I've seen them a bit cheaper online. Most styluses (stylusi?) are under $20, but it's definitely worth the extra dough.
