Great to see her very much in transition. Still in doubt. She feels how her wild passions calm and her minds relaxes and doesn't know what to do about that. Again and again she questions the guidebook, unknowing that these sessions only trigger reinforcements of her programme-routines which will soon start to become dominant in her mind......

Very nicely put. Β You have definitely hit upon the primary themes I was going for with this image.Β I wanted to explore the uncertainty andΒ tragedy of starting the transition from human to machine only to discover it was not as promised or as expected. What is lost in translation, and who makes that decision? Are the losses inevitable or are they orchestrated by others?Β She was promised the transformation was only physical and her mental and spiritual self would be retained digitally, but senses already that this is not the case.Β It is too late to turn back, and so she seeks affirmation that "she" is not lost while suspecting otherwise. All while the process continues.
I left a lot open with this image, so thank you so much for sharing your interpretation. It definitely rings true and emphasizes the tragic aspects of the image I was trying to convey, for if the guide does what you assert then she is indeed lost.

Thank you very much for your elaborate answer. I feel honoured that you devote so much time to our discussions which I enjoy very much. I have to admit, she is not only tragic to me, but exactly in this state of being infinitely sexy. And I love the grace you gave her.
In a way, it is unavoidable to become different once she started to alter her body. She becomes stronger, her sense more aware, her intellectual capabilities rising by the day - that will change her thinking, her mentality, her decision-making even before she starts to re-configure her neural-prcesses as programmes. Add to that the different way others perceive and treat her (regardless whether she is avantgarde or a latecomer) once she starts going transhuman - and of course the realization of having become a lot closer to immortality.
