That's true, Oh well. If it's removed it's removed. I googled something like "Epic Fail", it came up, and blam! I liked it enough that I put it on. They can take it off if they want, but it's a cool picture so I said it wasn't mine and put it on.

Just coming from someone who had their entire gallery removed.
I did photomanipulations, and I didn't own/have permission to use said element in the picture I manipulated, and 1 asshole reported 50 of my pictures, and all were removed.
I have no problem with it, but apparently dA does, just be careful and don't upload something you spend forever on that you don't technically own ;3
