Description
To celebrate the coming of 9,000 hits on my blog, I decided to build my own DBZ scouter. It was made from Sintra, styrene, acrylic, and eva foam for the ear pad. You can see the build process on my blog, and as always, I update my Facebook fanpage with pictures and project updates along with other nonsense.Weaselhammer Props

I would if I had any lol ! I really just eyeballed everything as I put it together, I don't think I measured anything as I went along. I did a lot of mock ups with cardboard and when it was right, I used it as a pattern for the final parts.

I have a question: can you please detail the process whereby you pad the inside of the scouter, & attach it to your ear? Also, any tips on how to make a properly-colored scouter lens would be appreciated, if you have 'em.
I looked at your process blog, but I would like a more in-depth tutorial, if possible.
