Hmm... Penn has an air of 'Penness' (aspecially with that tuft of hair by his neck). Teller is just about there in the general shape of the face, although he has lighter and brighter eyes... so empty irises would perhaps work better?

Eh, but not enough to really notice though... looks good from here sir... Love seeing the celebrities drawn in your style, always a good mix of cartoonish traits with the realism. I mean, you don't do the big head, little body stuff, or distort too much... you still give em a rather realistic look, always good.
