More Fred Weasley and Detective Nox from my Harry Potter fanfic, Twin Vice Paranormal Detectives: [link] (I'll never get tires of this shameful plugging XD).Fred and Nox aren't exactly Sherlock and Watson, are they?
Ah well, they have just as much fun on casebooks. Good old life threatening fun. Well, maybe not life threatening in Fred's case seeing as he's already dead... so, er, Nox threatening, then. Stonkingly good old Nox threatening fun!I like how Nox turned out here (she's wearing my hat - I love my hat). Typically androgynous and dagnabbit, she'll stay that way. I HATE - LOATHE - DESPISE plots where the female character has a beautifying make-over half way through. Why? Where's the point? It's completely superficial. I want to keep Nox's transition in my fic a transition of her outlook on life/people, not what she looks like on the outside. Besides, she's perfectly happy being mistaken for a boy 90% of the time.

I want that hat and whatever is in Fred's pocket because they look like lollipops and while i know that taking candy from either of the twins is a tricky and possibly deadly busines, I really like lollipops
and no definitely not Watson or Sherlock, neither of them is "suave" enough and sometimes their boughts of inspired deductions are more luck than actual investigating
but you don't want them to be SHerlock and Watson because that would just be an entirely old and boring detective duo concept

And I wouldn't touch one of those lollypops even if he payed me to. The pink one probably makes your head swell to twice its size or something, perfect for Percy!

It really is - my mate picked up one identical to it in Gothenburg a few years ago and I've been lusting after one of my own ever since. I have a similar one, but it's in black. ^^
