I guess…they all merge into one like Exeggcute does when evolve into Exeggutor. They need to co-operate to live and when their action and mind reach a perfect harmony they become one.

Yeah but an Exeggcute at least has multiple heads that remain "multiple heads" as Exeggutor.  I still don't know what happens to the other Combee heads when it evolves into Vespiqueen unless they all become "one unified mind and body".

I just rememberd some thing! The Exeggcute made of 6 heads and Exeggutor has 3 heads. I think it means some 'brains' of Exeggcute actually do merge into one during evolution.

I need to look at a pic of an Exeggutor "from all sides" but I believe you.  That probably is what happens.

Maybe only one of them evolve, after that the other two need to look for a new partner to stick around. Or it could be that they are just appear to be three pokemon but in reality they always were one…somehow (I guess its a good part to through 'its magic' card). It almost as hard as to explain how some pokemons gain cloth when evolving.

Or they become some sort of mecha bee. Where one is sort of the pilot, a few manage the wings, and a few lay eggs.

That could be neat if it happened like that; compared to the weirder ones like Magneton or Dugtrio which just seem like they keep adding more to their "group". (though at least in Magneton's case they fuse into that neat UFO form when they evolve again into Magnezone)
