I call this one “Code: Metroid”

Unimaginative name aside. This Piece came about when I was marathoning Code Geass while working on my Palutena Pic. It’s a lot easier for me to draw while watching dubbed anime (Le gasp). Readng subs is really a concentration breaker.

I decided to do this crossover pic on impulse. The original Idea was simply to “Fuse” the Varia suit with the Guren MK2, since they’re both cool mecha (would the Varia suit be considered mecha? O.o ) With awesome right hands. But I decided to go the Extra fun mile by throwing in Samus in Cosplay!!! She makes a rather cute Kallen, and and I could so see her piloting a giant mecha.

From a technical standpoint, this is the first time Id ever drawn mecha. And it was a fusion piece at that. Not The true challenge was making decisions on which aspects from each mecha to incorporate. like piecing together a Mr Potato Head. Detailing metal also presents a different challenge.

But even Considering all of that, I think I did really well. Enjoy!
