One of them is actually Rufus, shapeshifted to mimic the other! The other one is a dragon, mode locked as an otter due to lack of power.

Huh, that's interesting! Didn't recognize Rufus without his vest~ So it's kinda sorta character TF. That's something I'm a big fan of. Also I don't know why, but it's always fun to see dragons transformed. I guess because you tend to think of dragons as big and powerful, so it's nice to see them humbled by being turned into, say, an otter!
