It always has! He got the wrong choker when he signed up to be a lifeguard, and they can't switch it after it's attached.

Oh. I'm sorta new to your art, I found you..... either a year ago, or half a year ago.
Either way, I'd hate to be in his position, wearing a malfunctioning choker that for some reason turns you into something else.
