This is a beautiful piece. The emanation of the vision as a whole is perfect. I do believe, however, that the lighting could have been handled a little better with the trees, as it sort of looks as if they are on fire as well. The lighting with the emote is perfect, though. The grass is my biggest concern, as it just looks like it was scribbled on to that BEAUTIFUL background you have. The background, its very pretty. The shooting stars are paced sort of weird and the amount showing up in a single sitting is odd. Otherwise, pretty good!

The animation as a whole is produced with exquisite detail, from the individuality on the leaves to the texture of the grass to the shimmering in the night sky. The attention to such detail truly proves not only dedication to the work itself but also to the image as a whole. The lighting effect is brilliantly displayed, and the pace set is calming and realistic concerning the fire and the flickering lighting. Considering the fact this is pixel, the amount of detail is pulled off with fairness and obvious devotion to the piece.
What I believe could be fixed are two things:
1. The pace of the shooting stars. There are too many stars shooting across the sky for it to be considered truly whimsical, like shooting stars usually are to the viewer. You could cut down the number by two or three, and it would hold a larger impact to catch them shooting across from the corner of your eye, thinking they wouldn't appear when they would.
2. The shading on the little emote. While the lighting is perfectly timed and aligned with the fire's light, the darkness could be shown more in contrast on the opposite side, since the area around the subject is quite dark, as well. I do like the fact it stands out, but it could be darkened to fit the surroundings better.

Gorgeous work here. This is some fantastic pixel work, the animation is nice and crisp and you use the lighting quite well. Very nice job done on the hue shifting as well. Cheers!
