If any of you are my old old watchers you remember this gal maybe. Miranda "Randy" Koopa~She get's an official redesign and a full reference sheet. I still like her a lot.
She is the commander of the Paratroops for Darkland underneath and appointed by Larry Koopa. She's new to the job though.
*putting in more backstory, character, and overall depth into old characters like a nut*

Ooh, I really like her design! I think this is a very cool character design for someone who is a commander of the Paratroops, she looks like she would fit that job perfectly (having wings and a color scheme mostly based on colors that appear in the sky. She looks a little stern too, which is a good trait for a commander to have)!

I had to redo her design some from when it was 2010 (???). She was so stereotypical and bubbly. She had no story and luckily now she does.
I want to do some with her sometime but I won't rush that.

Haha, I feel ya on that one. I haven't posted any of them here, but I've made a few OC's of my own as well in my lifetime, and those I made a long time ago were a bit stereotypical too. Luckily I've matured and gotten a bigger understanding for what makes an original character, well, original (at least I hope so, haha).
Anyway, I think it's a good thing that you decided to give her a story. Some OC's (especially on DeviantART) tend to not have one. Good job! I approve
