Here's my own , edited slightly, version of a scence from Jeff Waynes Musical, The War of the Worlds! I really wanted to paint one of the images they use for the show.

I think this is my friend Andy's favorite scence, where the martians are dead and the birds are eating them

Im really happy with this painting, it only took me a day to draw and paint, and the detail was fun to paint. I made the eyes more green and didnt add buildings or anything. I wanted to consentrate more on the martian and the bird than anything els.
