ooooh yay a rainbow!!!! is that a good thing??? Since I'm blind and stuff I thought it was like a bugs eye in the not full view. and then realized it's a building in full view

:LOL: it's actually a sculpture. The lens flare was created by having 2 filters on my lens I think.... Thanks for the comment

The kit lens is pretty commonly afflicted with the rainbow effect with bright lights great shot. Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the comment! I didn't get the kit lens though. I have a Quantaray 28-90 (with macro) and a Quantaray 100-300. I think that was caused by having a UV and circular polarizing filter on the lens. It was taken with the 28-90.

Well than.. Actually it is caused by the internal lens elements and difraction. If the lens elements are not coated they slowly seperate the spectrum like that. Still a good photo though...
