Nice photograph. Nice blue sky. Did you use a polorizing filter? I like the 1/3 sec. exposure and the way the water flows. There is good focus and detail. I think the composition could use the rule of thirds. If you had moved a bit to the right and framed it with the trees on the right as you did on the left - maybe going a little wider and putting the top of the falls in the upper right 1/3 spot and the bottom falls in the bottom 1/3 it might improve the composition. It would also help to have something in the foreground such as the trees, the boulder or the path framing in the falls.
