This might be a stupid question, but what does "responsiveness" refer to?

"Responsiveness" refers to the property of elements to adapt to different screen sizes. In this example, you use the biggest version of the icon on big screens, then if you want to see the same website/application on a tablet or a mobile phone, you use simplified versions of the icon, otherwise, when you scale down the biggest version of the icon, most of the details would be lost.
You use responsiveness to have a consistent design on all platforms.

looks greate, and the idea is nice too, but is it possible that the "+" and the "-" at the battery symbole are in the wrong order?
or dosent that count so much?
