Description
Close your eyes, search your soul,Finds what comes natural inside,
Now that you have it, you found your own role,
Feel it's warmth, use your pride,
Dark wing encircling, trying o hold you down,
You'll never give up, though situation is dire,
Won't see you or know you, rest of that town,
Yet three others will know, earth, air and fire
But through all the power you'll still know the border,
The gift and curse of being a marauder

Hope you don't mind my critique, it's just my personal opinion and not based on any superior knowledge of poetry forms - I felt that your rhythm was lost at line 4 and picks up nicely again at line 8. I think that you need to concentrate on working around the words a little and actually looking at what's there. For your last line try putting in a 'the' before curse, it should flow better. Where the theme and the mood is very powerful, with a little more work it could be mega. Mater Lupus
