Ok so this isn't really a fan character, but the design is fan-made by me.In the game Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door, Luigi tells you a whole bunch of stories about how he goes to save Princess Eclair but she's not actually ever seen and she's just talked about through text.
Well, this is my interpretation of her. I decided that I wanted to make her unique so I didn't give her a dress and she just wears shorts instead.
A lot of fans make Eclair look white or Caucasian but I feel like there's not enough diversity in the human characters of Mario so I decided to make her black instead.
