Let me present you Aerandir again!

His story changed a bit, he's now the ruler and protector of a very rare species of Zora called the "Ocean Spirits" or "Dragon Zora".

Aerandir is very distrustful with other kinds, even with mainland Zoras, because of nasty events that happened in the past. He's not the talkative type but will do everything for his people and to protect them, even if it means being particularly agressive with any intruders. Note: His "wings" act like a cape when visiting the surface. : D

Here are some details about this species:

They live in the furthest places of the oceans and have the power to transform into real aquatic dragons. It's said that the most powerful among them even can control the elements around like the weather and the streams.
Some people consider the Dragon Zora as deities or great spirits. Because of some other legends, many people tried to capture them, thinking it would grant their dearest wishes.
As they live very deep in the ocean and that the sunlight can’t reach them, their body produces its own light. This light and shiny marks allow them to recognize each other easily inside the “tribe”.
To be able to support the surplus of oxygen on the surface they use a special gem on their chest.
