Finally!!! 
Time to explain some things about them and about the story that we created with !
These two deities consider themselves as brothers but they don't share the same blood. They appeared at the same time and grew up together, sometimes living among the mortals in the early period of their life. However, as kids, they were used to be called "demons" or "monsters" because of their appearance and strange powers, and they were rejected by a lot of people. One day, they were noticed by the golden goddesses who offered them a place in the gods realm and taught them how to use and control their divine powers (also to avoid a mess on earth XD). Unfortunately, with time it was also discovered that these two were fated to fight each other to death because one day Majora would become uncontrollable, even if it wasn't his real desire. However, this didn't prevent Fierce and Majora from sharing a strong bond and to live in harmony for many centuries (... when Majora wasn't doing something to annoy his brother of course XD). Later, they became the main deities of Termina after that they created this world ... kind of by accident? XD

i love how you depict them as brothers and how you explain that majora simply went out of control, against his will it seems as i don't think he was inherently a bad guy. just chaotic

wish there was a way to help him 
hm.... maybe there is a way. .....majora in the games doesn't seem like it's complete, it's like it only has a part of what it was. the power in the mask might be only the part of majora's power which would stop him from his fate. however that mask takes on a life of its own which fierce has to fight. or something along those lines possibly. idk i'm just trying to figure out how to help this muffin
